Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your account and associated data from the Hello Neighbor mobile app (published as Starkey Ranch, package com.helloneighbor.starkeyranch), operated by Hello Neighbor LLC.

Option 1: Delete your account in the app

If you have the app installed, you can delete your account directly:

1. Open the Hello Neighbor app and sign in.
2. Go to your Profile / account screen.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm when prompted. Your account and associated data are deleted immediately.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, you can request deletion by email:

• Email privacy@helloneighbor.pro with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
• Include the email address associated with your account so we can verify and locate it.
• We will verify your request and delete your account within 30 days, and email you to confirm.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove your personal account data, including:

• Your account credentials and authentication record
• Your profile information (name, email, photo)
• Business listings and business data you created
• Reviews, ratings, and favorites associated with your account
• Subscription and account preference information

What may be retained

We may retain a limited subset of data where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or regulatory purposes (for example, transaction or payment records). Such records are kept only for the period required by law and are then deleted or anonymized. Aggregated or anonymized data that can no longer identify you may be retained.

Note: subscriptions purchased through Google Play are managed by Google. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active Play subscription — manage or cancel it in the Google Play Store under Payments & subscriptions.
